❗️Ecotop 60 - 16amp - reduced price❗️

We have an Ecotop 60 - 16amp that had a little bump in transit. There’s slight damage to one of the lid bricks and some scuffs on the back near the bracket (both shown in pictures) everything else is still covered by Rohdes 3 year warranty.

The kiln comes with a blue commando plug already fitted, 4 shelf set and upgraded to the ST411 controller that has been pre-programmed here at CTM.

Including VAT we are selling this for £2880! (Just delivery costs to be added) a saving of over £700!

We recommend coming to view the kiln at our Doncaster branch or I can send more photos/videos if required!

Come and step inside our new Kiln and Wheel showroom at CTM Doncaster!

The main idea is so you can come in and see the different diameter Rohde, Nabertherm and Ikon Kilns to better visualise what space works best for you. It lets you ask us loads of questions (no such thing as a stupid question when it comes to purchasing your own kiln!)

You can also sit at the Shimpo RK3E & RK3T, the well priced BTH Sirius and Andromeda as well as the Rohde HMT 600 and Bailey wheels. See which ones fit your leg length and are comfortable for you.

We want you to choose the kiln and wheel that’s right for you so if you get chance come and visit!

We do hold stock of around 30/40 kilns, all of which are tested before hand as well as pre-programming the controllers with gentle firing curves to reduce firing faults!

Having this unit has made space in our store to stock the Amaco Potters Choice, Flux and Celadon ranges along with the Mayco Stoneware and Stroke & Coat. All so far proving a big hit with the call in customers!

New Glazes 🎇

Thank you to everyone who voted and commented on the Mayco or Amaco post…it was quite a split choice so the only fair thing to do was to stock BOTH!

We now have all of the Celedon Amaco range, all of the Potters Choice and Potters Choice Flux!
For the Mayco we have almost all of the Stoneware glaze range, the 4 Mayco Fluxes, the Mudcrack and Magma glazes in addition to the Designer Liners and the Earthenware Crystal Transparent.
Also requested by many people we have 60 of the most popular Stoke & Coat colours including all the speckled range. All come in the medium 236ml pots. This range can be fired from cone 6 to cone 06.

All available NOW in our Doncaster branch and very soon at our Exeter site!

We are pleased to announce that you can speak to us at CTM or order on our kiln website the BTH BP02 Sirius.

You can buy from CTM the professional 500 Watt BTH Sirius at a starter wheel price of £1032 including VAT. It has 5 times the power of the Shimpo RK55, 2.5 times the power of the Daisy and 2/3 rds more power than the RK3T. You can throw 40kg on the Sirius – so a professional wheel at a starter wheel price.

BTH stock parts and wheels in the UK and give a 5 year parts warranty the same as Shimpo and far far longer than most other manufacturers.
If you are setting up a teaching studio we maybe able to do you a special price – please ask.

We needed more space….so we have a new Kiln and Wheel showroom! We are just adding finishing touches to the inside while we wait on a big delivery of kilns next week to fill it up! We had to make room in our store so we could extend our glaze range…keep your eyes on our socials to find out what we are bringing in!

NEW KILN ALERT 🚨

Ecotop 145s, 200s, 250s & 300s - all come apart and now available in single phase (3phase still available).

This one is the Ecotop 200s, already sold and ready to go out the door but we have more due in stock in 4 weeks.

The Ecotop High Insulation range use 20-40% less power then most other kilns.
These large top loads are significantly cheaper then a front loader and now they come apart it gives people more options to get them through doorways.

As you can see from the video the kiln is almost as big as Graeme and seems even more massive in real life!

Our wonderful colleague and friend Angela, pictured here with her brother Graeme, sadly passed away earlier this month. Angela would’ve been the voice you heard on the phone over the last 20 years taking orders for CTM Potters and our sister company Glassworks Services.

Our Doncaster branch will be closed in the afternoon on Friday 3rd July so that our staff can attend Angela’s funeral.

Our love goes out to Angela’s family, her husband and 2 daughters.
