Carl, with his team mates Lem Bingley (Property Week), Ben Miller (Property Week) and George Scott-Welsh (IncuHive) made up the alliteration-named team "Piston Property Pros" and they were 2nd place in the Protect Our Winters UK Charity Race.
Well done to all who took part and made the event such as a success and a big thank you to all of the organisers and sponsors.

The early October weather was kind to the 24 teams who assembled for the 2025 PropKart challenge.

Carl Alford and Sarah Burch attended Surrey Chambers of Commerce Annual Property Lunch yesterday. It was held at The Guildford Pavilion. Excellent food and company was enjoyed. Informative talks about the current state of both the Commercial and Residential property markets in Surrey.
