House flip suprise! After the kitchen demo we got to see where the water heater was hidden next to the range. Also, a fireplace to nowhere was in the wall! The top was cut so it’s useless. Now we wait to see if it’s structural at all. Hopefully it’s not holding up the 2nd floor!

Latest Project- 1st cottage flip in Franklin, TN for a new personal venture: “Curated Renovations”. I don’t know the story of this home yet, other than it belonged to an elderly lady. I didn’t want to loose the memories of the child’s playroom artwork & makes me a bit sad to remove it for remodeling. The refreshed home will be a new chapter for a future family, but hints of the former years lived will remain a part of the new design.

Another recent bathroom remodel. The client LOVES the Marble Hexagon shower floor.

My client’s built-in’s were recently installed. Due to budget & limited choices we decided to go with the deep blue color.
Furniture was existing. (Shelving accessories not staged yet)

I had mentioned this very fact to a couple clients, and discovered they were not amused by my honesty.

I use Johnson Door frames - less $$. Cavity Sliders are top notch, but I’ve been happy with the step down .
