Talk about transformation! This kitchen went from cramped, dark and dated to open, bright and completely revitalized! With separate areas for chef-level cooking, eating and lounging, this became the kitchen of our clients’ dreams. Nothing makes me happier than hearing about all the wonderful meals and good times our clients are having in their reinvented spaces - this one really performs! 🧑‍🍳🔪⏲️

I’m so excited to reveal a few of my favorite details from the completely reimagined home we have been working on for two years in the Port Streets. 1962 Port Cardiff has just gone on the market with the wonderful and we cannot be more proud to be part of the team to give this beautiful custom home an entirely new life.

The 3-story shingled home has been lovingly restored inside and out and is now filled with the most gorgeous honed natural stone slabs, warm-toned walnuts and oaks, beautiful new lighting and hardware (including a glorious 3-story 32 pendant chandelier custom made by ,) all to welcome the home’s next new family and chapter.

A huge thank you to our Senior Designer who designed, led and managed this project to organized and beautiful perfection.

I’ve been seeing several designer posts lately asking: “is Zellige tile a trend or timeless?” and we definitely call it timeless when installed well (which is tricky as it is a fragile tile), especially when paired with a beautiful natural stone as shown in these bathrooms in our beautiful MidCentury Organic project. There are certain elements that we love to see in every kitchen nowadays: a dedicated coffee or beverage bar, plenty of large-drawer storage for pots and pans, and cookbook display space, among numerous others. But have you seen this: a comfy cozy daybed space for reading, sipping coffee, daydreaming, or (let’s be honest) scrolling socials, right in the heart of the home? 💙
